Information Collection & Purpose
Saarthi Apex Skill Foundation collects personal information from prospective students, certified alumni, partner companies, and donors solely for the administration of non-profit vocational training, statutory government portal reporting, assessment authorization, and employment placement linkage.
Aadhaar & Biometric Attendance Protection
Candidate identity verification and daily attendance data collected via biometric terminals are stored in encrypted form in accordance with UIDAI and Ministry of Skill Development guidelines. We never sell, lease, or commercially exploit candidate personal data.
Academic & Training Records Confidentiality
Candidate admissions, biometric attendance, internal assessment scores, and training credentials are securely preserved in compliance with government non-profit record retention norms. Sensitive personal details (such as home address, phone numbers, or Aadhaar identity) are kept strictly confidential and never publicly published.
Third-Party Sharing for Placement Assistance
With express student consent, resume data and technical assessment scores are shared with vetted empanelled industrial employers for campus recruitment and interview scheduling.
