Candidates enrolled in sponsored batches must maintain minimum 80% biometric attendance to qualify for final NCVET / SSC assessments. Unexcused absence exceeding 3 consecutive days may result in batch de-registration to allow waitlisted rural candidates to participate.

All trainees must wear prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE: safety boots, goggles, gloves, uniform) during practical machine lab hours. Tampering with safety switches or hazardous machine operation is strictly prohibited.

Saarthi Apex Skill Foundation enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of discrimination, sexual harassment, or verbal abuse in accordance with the POSH Act 2013. A dedicated Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) oversees student and staff safety across all centers.

All courseware, training curricula, brand marks, and digital assets published on this website are the intellectual property of Saarthi Apex Skill Foundation. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.
